RETURNS
We always hope that REVERSE PARADISE can bring our customers happiness in the products they purchase. However, we understand if you feel the need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery (including discounted items or sale products) Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund.
NO EXCHANGES
We understand that you may wish to exchange your items. However, we don’t offer direct exchanges, so if you do wish to make a change to your item, please return the item to us and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.Then you’ll need to place a new order on the REVERSE PARADISE website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away, or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
RETURN TO SENDER
The customer is responsible for funding the postage back to the sender address, if they decide to return their items.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
In the nature of our company most of our products are carefully handmade. We always do a routine quality check of each product, but please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue that has presented itself and come to a solution.
