The word “Maya” is identified as the goddess of illusion. Maya is believed to have the power of manifesting nature simply from the power of her creativity and will. She reminds us that we can turn to her to assist us in those times when we reach a crossroad and don’t know which way to turn. Maya helps us to understand how we can get caught up in a world of illusions and reminds us to ground ourselves.
